Agent Operations

Use the live operating surfaces to review conversations, measure performance, and close the loop with corrections.

Why Operations Matter

Once an agent is live, the next job is observing what customers actually ask. The dashboard separates that work into chat history, analytics, feedback, and corrections so you can improve the agent without guessing.

Chat History

The chat history view is the fastest way to understand real customer intent. Open Dashboard > Chat History to inspect recent conversations, spot unanswered questions, and identify the flows that need playbooks or better knowledge.

  • Look for repeated questions that should become a playbook or a knowledge article.
  • Check where the agent hesitated or escalated too early.
  • Use real transcripts to update greetings, tool instructions, and guardrails.

Analytics

Analytics is where you measure performance over time. The tenant admin billing analytics view shows usage and cost, while the dashboard analytics page focuses on operational health across agents.

What to watch

Volume trends, voice minutes, answer quality, and whether certain agents are generating most of the load.

What it tells you

Whether the agent is handling the right jobs, where usage is growing, and when it's time to add capacity or more automation.

Feedback & Corrections

The Feedback and Corrections surfaces help you turn customer reactions into improvements. When you spot a wrong answer or an unhelpful reply, capture the correction so the next version of the agent behaves better.

  • Use feedback to collect user sentiment and recurring complaints.
  • Use Corrections to teach the agent better answers and safer fallbacks.
  • Prefer a short correction tied to a real transcript instead of rewriting the whole prompt.

Embed & SDK

The Embed & SDK area is the handoff between the dashboard and your site. Use it when you want to ship chat quickly or when you need to integrate the experience into a custom frontend.

  1. Open Dashboard > Embed & SDK.
  2. Copy the widget code or SDK configuration for your app.
  3. Test the widget in a staging environment first.
  4. Review the embed page after launch if you need to change branding or placement.
